This product was jointly developed by Maple Powder Machines Co.,Ltd and Yantai Kebaida Environmental＆Technical Materials CO.,LTD. After three years of research and nearly 10000 trials, it was widely recognized by users as soon as it was launched on the market.

The preparation of traditional sand grain powder requires the addition of special additives to achieve its technical indicators such as sand formation, gloss, and hardness. For example, sanding - (large, medium, and small) requires the addition of unequal amounts of sanding agents; Gloss - (high, medium, and low) needs to be supplemented with unequal amounts of matting auxiliary materials; Hardness - (>2H pencil hardness) It is necessary to adjust unequal amounts of hardening wax, etc. In addition, due to the differences between different additives, other physical and chemical technical indicators, and the control of production equipment, the particle size, gloss, color difference, and technical indicators of sand grain powder are difficult to unify during large-scale production, and often require repeated adjustments, even rework.

The S-series sand grain powder material is different from the traditional sand grain powder preparation design and production process:

Adjust the technical parameters of the extruder (* * special screw for sand grain powder) or the color base ratio of the formula, ensure that the material outflow temperature does not exceed 150 ℃, and the gloss (2-20 ° - 60 ° angle) is controllable and adjustable to ensure that the same gloss color is consistent before and after, without significant color difference.

● Select special composite materials (environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless) that meet the limit requirements of the European Union Directive 2011/65/EU, and meet the limit requirements for 174 substances of high concern (SVHC) in the Chemical Registration, Authorization, and Restriction Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.

The sand grain powder prepared by S series has clear texture, uniform sand grain, three-dimensional, flat, compact, antioxidant, stable charge, good edge and corner coverage, significantly improved one-time powder loading rate, and good re spraying of recycled powder.

The sand grain powder prepared by S series, D50: 20-25 microns, is also easy to spray, and does not affect the powder loading rate. The thickness of the single surface coating of the workpiece shall not be greater than 100 microns, and there shall be no powder falling, no crater, and no pulling phenomenon around the workpiece.

The sand grain powder prepared by S series has significantly improved all physical and chemical technical indicators compared to traditional sand grain powder. In particular, the film hardness can reach 3-7H (pencil hardness).

The sand grain powder prepared by S series has a high cost performance ratio, which does not increase production costs compared to traditional sand grain powder, but has excellent quality characteristics.

Any type of S series+user ingredients (resin+curing agent+pigments and fillers) can produce the sand grain powder required by customers without adding any additional additives (users can choose other requirements at their own discretion, and S series has good compatibility).

In the preparation ratio of S series, 40+3+38+25 (S series) is the smallest example of resin content. Storage and packaging:

Store dry at 30 ℃ to prevent moisture, rain, and direct sunlight. The storage period is 1 year. After the storage period expires, it is necessary to re inspect and retest. After passing the test, it can be used again.
