Outdoor curing agent GT-707 is an innovative product R&D by our company with independent intellectual property rights.It can replace TGIC,using in saturated carboxylated polyester resin indoor and outdoor powder coating.

Product Features:

➢ It complies with EU ROHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment (EU) 2015/863;The list of 224 substances of very high concern (SVHC) stipulated in Article 57 of the European Regulation (EC) NO1907/2006 ( REACH) (the mass percentage concentration shall not exceed 0.1%) detects the SVHC content in the sample.

➢ According to our tests,this curing agent keep still loose and not agglomerated after 5000 hours under a constant temperature of 50°C±1°C. The physical and chemical properties of the white high-gloss powder coating using this curing agent are intact without any attenuation. After the finished powder using GT-707 is stored in an oven at 40°C/3000 hours, it still keep loose, not agglomerated, and has good storage stability.

➢ Powder coating prepared with curing agent GT-707: anti-interference, good spraying effect, can be thickly coated (>180μm) without powder falling, and recoating effect after curing process has no obvious difference in charge ability.Its cured coating film is plump and smooth. Good leveling, good gloss (@60°: >90%), no pinholes, anti-yellowing. All physical and chemical parameters have met or exceeded national standards.

Processing Property：

No change traditional formula and production processing,all raw materials are fully mixed,can improve the dispersing ability obviously.Due to the various polyester resin brands are with different gel time and curing time,also the raw materials, formula, process,structure are all different, so differ the performance of using our curing agent GT707,please pay attention to adjustment accordingly.

Storage and package：

Dried and stored at 35℃.Keep away from moisture, rain, direct sunlight and fire. Storage period is one year. After one year , it needs to be inspected and tested again. After passing the test, it can be used again. 25kg/moisture-proof paper bag.
