SS-07 Multi-functional additive

Multi-functional additive SS-07 is another item powder coating material R&D by our own company, it is innovative and could be mastered rapidly and easily in production.

Description

It is energy conservation materials, environmental and safety. Non-toxic, no smell and free of heavy metals.

Application

It can be used in all powder coating system such as polyester resin/TGIC, polyester resin/Primid and polyester/epoxy resin powder coatings to provide high gloss, semi-gloss, art-type powder coating etc.

Dosage:

Formula Instruction:

Users could adjust the binder ratio of polyester resin and curing agents(TGIC/Primid/EpoxyResin) according to requirement of powder coating quality.

Additive:

No need use benzoin,wax,SIO2,depersing agent，anti-foaming agent and charge enhancing agent(before extrusion and after extrusion type).

Special Advantage in Primid powder coating System:

1.No yellowing, no accumulation in corners, no powdering falling, no sagging.

2.No pinholes even in 130-140μm.

3.Fallen Primid powder coating with SS-07 could be sprayed on work pieces

Functional Characteristics：

1. The powder coating is very loosing, spraying effect is even and uniform.

3. The powder coating could be used as tribo gun version powder coating(no need use

tribo gun version polyester resin and tribo additive, no need use tribo gun).

Storage

Store in cool and dry place, keep away from fire and heat sources.

Shelf life

At least one year，if storage time is longer than one year，pls make a test to ensure its performance and property have no change.

Multi-functional additive SS-07 complies with TSCA(USA), REACH（SVHC 205）,Directive2011/65/EU(RoHS).

Package

Packaged in craft paper bag with polyethylene liner. Net weight 20Kg per bag.

Three reference formulas with SS-07 as follows:

**SS-07 could help to promote the curing process, then we need less TGIC quantity to ensure good flow. According to different items polyester resin，we suggest reduce TGIC dosage by 0.4%~1% comparing to normal standard TGIC dosage in formula.
