SL-303 Multi-functional additive

Multi-functional additive SL-303 is an innovative product R&D by our own company with independent intellectual property rights.

It is one kind of powder with good fluidity like water,made by modified polymer and inorganic substance.Non-toxic, no smell, does not contain heavy metals, green environmental protection.

It is also comply with EU ROHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment (EU) 2015/863;The list of 224 substances of very high concern (SVHC) stipulated in Article 57 of the European Regulation (EC) NO1907/2006 ( REACH) (the mass percentage concentration shall not exceed 0.1%) detects the SVHC content in the sample.

Application：

Polyester /HAA;Polyester/TGIC,and Polyester /Epoxy powder coating;

High gloss,matte and art type powder coating.

Dosage is 1-1.5% of total formula weight before extrusion.

Product Characteristics：

The powder coatings using SL-303 keep very Loosing,no agglomeration(after 120 hours under a constant temperature of 42℃),good leveling and charging effect,increase storage stability of powder coating. In particular, the traditional charging mode of powder coating has been changed, electric field (magnetic field) has been implemented in a more scientific new layout, and the charge (corona charge or tribo charge) has been regulated more balanced.

No fire when gun is near to workpieces, spraying and charging rate are increased significantly, recoating effect after curing process is also better, one product with two uses(one powder coating for both corona and tribo gun purposes).

Processing Property：

Added in mixing process.It will be better if pre-disperse pigment and small amount of additives with SL-303 during preparation of formula in advance, which can increase its covering power.

SL-303 could also improve outflow in extrusion, increase output.No paste on mill and sieve, increase direct- sieving rate and prolong service machines life.

Storage and package：

Dried and stored at 35℃.Keep away from moisture, rain, direct sunlight and fire. Storage period is one year. After one year , it needs to be inspected and tested again. After passing the test, it can be used again. 20kg/moisture-proof paper bag.
